AN INTERNATIONALLY-renowned theatre company’s interactive workshop has left drama students at Stokesley School inspired and bursting with ideas for their future productions and exams.
The award-winning Frantic Assembly Theatre Company tours with productions across the UK and has worked in more than 40 countries worldwide.
Steve Miller, a practitioner with Frantic Assembly, engaged 25 students in a fast-paced, four-hour devising and physical theatre workshop.
Mr Miller, who trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, he is best known for his role as Lenny Lyons in the long-running BBC drama Casualty.
Rhianne Kent, head of drama at Stokesley School, said: “Frantic Assembly is the buzz word in the world of drama at the moment. After taking students to see their National Theatre London production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time I really wanted our students to benefit from their expertise and their thrilling, energetic and unforgettable theatre."
