A FARM attraction is having a family fun open day ahead of the official opening of its new day nursery.
Adventure Valley, in Brasside, Durham, is opening the nursery, which will look after children aged from six weeks up to five years, on Monday.
Tomorrow, parents will be able to have a sneak preview of the purpose-built facility, which is being run as a collaboration between Adventure Valley and childcare provider Kids Play.
The event, which runs from 10am-2pm, includes animal petting, a bouncy castle, face painting and refreshments.
Owner Janine Calzini said: “It’s fantastic to see everything come together and we’re excited for the opening.
"Adventure Valley’s Day Nursery and Pre-School can offer a unique experience in the countryside, where children will be able to really connect with nature.”
