A PHOTOGRAPHIC artist who uses an unusual technique to capture North-East landmarks is putting on an exhibition.
Brian Blake, from Ouston, near Chester-le-Street is putting on the Our Great North exhibition at Outstanding Art, a new fine art venue in North Road, Durham which is hoping to run regular pop-up shows featuring local artists.
The retired BT worker, who is a member of the Northern Echo Camera Club member, has been a photographer for about 10 years and has set up his own company, Fotos For Art.

He makes his "blended reality" pictures by taking about 20 photos from different perspectives and combining them to create the final image.
Mr Blake said: "I get so much of a buzz out of it."
Mr Blake said: "This is the first exhibition I've done and I'm getting a big buzz out of it.
"I love the process of doing the research, getting out there and taking the photos and then processing them."
The exhibition will run from 6pm on Friday, June 28 to 12pm on Sunday, June 30th.
