FORMER athlete Steve Cram met North-East college students today (Thursday, April 24).
The Jarrow Arrow, who won silver in the 1,500m at the 1984 Olympics and gold in the world and European championships and Commonwealth Games, visited East Durham College, in Peterlee.
The 53-year-old, who now commentates on athletics for the BBC, met high achieving sport students and college governors.
