Planning permission has been granted for a detached dwelling at Plot 4, East Murton Farm, Station Road North, Murton. Durham County Council planning officers made the decision using delegated authority.
FACTORY EXTENSION: Durham County Council has granted Prima Cheese Ltd planning permission to extend its existing factory at Unit 13, Partnership Court, Seaham Grange Industrial Estate, Seaham.
FUNDRAISING EVENT: A fundraising event for Sanfilippo syndrome sufferer Jack Baird will be held at the Old Elvet Methodist Church, in Durham City, from 1pm to 3pm, on Wednesday May 8. Sounding for Jack will feature Creation of Sound with Johanna Sheehan and Friends followed by an art exhibition. Donations are welcome.
