A DANCE has raised £360 for a forces charity.
Diane Ross, who runs the Diane Ross Dance Academy in Durham City, staged the event at Tudhoe Victory Club in aid of the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association Forces Help, known as SSAFA.
Ms Ross, whose son served in Afghanistan with the Royal Navy, is a former Classical Sequence dance champion and appeared on the BBC’s Come Dancing series in 1979.
Mike Donne, from SSAFA, said the cause was extremely grateful for her continued support.
