Durham County Council is being asked to approve plans to turn the former Spar shop at 70 North Road, Durham, into a dental surgery and reception.
ADVICE SESSION: Esh Winning Community Room will be the venue of the next outreach advice session by Durham Citizens Advice Bureau on Tuesday, December 18 between 2pm and 3pm.
