The Cancer Research UK shop in High Row, Darlington, is appealing for volunteers following its recent expansion.
The shop is looking for efficient, well-organised, friendly and creative people.
"It is a good way of gaining experience, improving a CV and the charity can offer the opportunity to gain an NVQ in retailing," said a spokesman.
