CCTV footage of a couple who police want to contact following a theft at Currys/PC World, in Yarm Road
POLICE are hunting for the couple who stole a laptop computer worth £400 from a retail park store.
Police have released CCTV images of the pair after they entered the Currys/PCWorld outlet, on Darlington's Yarm Road retail park, last Friday, at 5.40pm.
Police said the male concealed the Packard Bell laptop computer under his jacket, before placing it in a black leather bag, which the woman carried out of the store.
Police described the man as of Asian or Arabic origin.
The woman had red hair.
Anyone who recognises either of the pair is asked to call Crimestoppers, in confidence, on 0800-555-111 or Darlington police on 0345-60-60-365.
