DARLINGTON’s FA Cup replay with Walsall has sold out – six days before the game.
Though the match was not classed as all-ticket, they were available in advance and went on sale to season ticket holders on Tuesday and then general sale this morning.
They have already been snapped up ahead of the first-round replay, which takes place at the 3,000 capacity Blackwell Meadows on Wednesday when turnstiles open at 6.15pm.
All is not lost for anyone disappointed to miss out. If Walsall are unable to sell any of their allocation of 323 then Quakers intend to sell them on the day of the game.
The teams drew 2-2 last Saturday, Darlington backed by over 1,000 fans and they saw Joe Wheatley earn a replay with an equaliser seven minutes into added time.
Quakers return to league action on Satuday with a game at Brackley.
Connell: I couldn't hear team-mates because the fans were so loud!
