A PUB has reopened its doors after a successful revamp.
The Model T was officially reopened by the Mayor of Darlington, Cllr Veronica Copeland, when she carried out the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The pub was closed for less than two weeks while it was fitted with new carpets, decor and a family-friendly seating area.
Local residents were given a sneak preview of the revamp before it was opened to regular customers.
To add to the celebrations, family and friends enjoyed live performances from multiple bands, including, Ben Bateman, Bradley Thompson and Charlotte Foreman.
The specially invited guests were able to dance away the evening, allowing the Model T to reinstate its mark within the local area.
“The opening was great, everyone seems to love our new look and are very impressed. The event allowed us to show off the refurbishment whilst enjoying a weekend full of celebration,” said pub manager, Helen Dannatt.
