Stolen bike

A WITNESS appeal has been launched over the suspected theft of a Sinnis Apache motorcycle that has been taken from Abbott’s Yard Car Park, in Darlington. The bike was reported stolen on September 3. The 125cc motorbike has largely black panels with gold and silver detailing. Anyone with information on the theft or the whereabouts of the bike can contact Darlington Police via non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference number CRI00148135.

A WARD surgery due to be held by Cockerton councillors in Cockerton Library tomorrow has been cancelled.

RAF collection

MEMBERS of the Royal Air Forces Association Darlington branch have organised a collection on Saturday in support of the annual Battle of Britain Wings appeal. The money raised by the association supports serving and former serving RAF personnel. Association members will be on High Row and at the corner of Post House Wynd and Skinnergate from 10am until 4pm.
