A MULTI-million pound leisure complex is set to celebrate its first Christmas in seasonal style.
Darlington’s Feethams development will host a range of festive entertainment following the Christmas lights switch-on in the Market Square on Thursday, November 24.
Simon Hawkins, Development Director with Urban & Civic – the property development company behind the Feethams complex, said: “From 4pm there’ll be dance performances on the podium level from local groups, Stage Darlington, LeapBeatz and Seven Performance Company, along with musical entertainment helping everyone get into the Christmas spirit.
“The switch-on will run from 5pm until 6.30pm and our restaurants will be there throughout, giving out food samples and some exclusive festive offers.
“We’ll then be continuing the fun at Feethams afterwards, with stilt walkers, elves, musical and dancers from 6.30pm.”
Christmas switch-on celebrations will begin in the Market Square before further entertainment is held across the Feethams complex.
