RHYMETIME story sessions at Crown Street library are set to be overrun by bears next month.
Instead of the normal story session on November 18, youngsters are being encouraged to go along in their onesie or pyjamas and dressing gowns and bring their favourite teddy bear.
This will set the scene for a morning of bear-themed fun in aid of Children in Need.
The sessioms, running from 10.30am to 11.15am and 2pm to 2.45pm at Crown Street Library will include bear stories, bear songs and actions to music.
Youngsters can also make their very own Pudsey eye patch and enjoy a little treat of a Pudsey Bear Biscuit.
In addition, there will be a visit from the Bookstart Bear and the children can have their photographs taken with him. There will be a suggested donation of £1 to Children In Need.
