DARLINGTON Yoga Group will hold its annual charity morning on Saturday (December 7), at All Saints Church, in Ravensdale Road, starting at 10am.
Yoga will taught by three local teachers, followed by refreshments.
The cost is £7 and this year’s chosen charity is Parkinson’s UK. For more information, call 01325-356126.
TREE FESTIVAL: A Christmas tree festival will be held at St Cuthbert’s Church, in Barton, on December 13 to 15. It will be open from 4pm to 8pm on the Friday, 10am to 6pm on the Saturday, and 2pm to 6pm on the Sunday. Admission costs £3 for adults, or £5 for a family of two adults and two children. Proceeds to the church.
LIVE MUSIC: The next live music event at the Voodoo Café, in Skinnergate, Darlington, is on Friday, December 13, when The Dana Ali Band will be performing soul, funk and jazz. Dana is originally from Atlanta, Georgia in United States, and has been likened to British artist Corrine Bailey Rae. Tickets are priced at £5 and are available at the door from the venue from 8pm.
