A SPECIAL ale has been brewed to coincide with the Darlington Arts Festival.
More than 70 arts-related events are taking place across the town this month and local Mithril Ales brewer Peter Fenwick has produced the ‘Arts for Arts Sake’ ale to be served in the venues hosting festival events.
FILM SHOWING: A screening of the 1980s cult fantasy The Dark Crystal is being shown by Darlington Film Club at The Forum on Monday.
The Jim Henson classic follows the adventures of a ‘gelfling’ who journeys to find the missing shard of a magical crystal to restore order to his world.
The film starts at 5.30pm, entry is £1.50 and the screening is part of The Youth Film Club.
