HEALTHWATCH VOLUNTEERS: Healthwatch Darlington, a social enterprise working to give people a say in their health and social care, are seeking volunteers. Anyone interested in putting themselves forward as a candidate for the organisation’s Chair or Board should contact Diane Lax, Healthwatch Development Officer on 01325-380145. The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Friday April 5.
BLUES SHOW: Award winning rock and blues musician Chantel McGregor will perform at the Forum in Darlington on Friday May 3. The singer-songwriter was voted Young Musician of the Year in the British Blues Awards 2011 and Female Vocalist of the Year in the British Blues Awards 2012.
SPRING CELEBRATION: A Fun@Four session will celebrate Spring with songs, stories and activities for children on Sunday April 28 from 4pm at St Matthew & St Luke’s Church on Brinkburn Road in Darlington.
