A CREATIVE writing workshop will be held later this month to help people get inspiration and develop their skills.
The workshop at The Bridge Centre for Visual Arts, in Darlington, has been organised as part of the Northern Grit exhibition, which runs at the centre until 22 April.
The exhibition includes images taken by local photographer Pat Maycroft and written interpretations of her work created by members of Vane Women, a Darlington-based writing collective.
The creative writing course is open to people over 18 and at any stage in their writing development.
It will take place on Saturday, March 23, between 2pm and 4pm, led by members of Vane Women, who will take participants through a series of written exercises about the images.
