FIRECREWS are currently attending a property in Oswald Terrace, South Moor, Stanley, County Durham.
The crews were called to the scene around 11pm after an alarm sounded and there was a smell of smoke.
A spokeswoman for Durham and Darlington fire and rescue said crews were "in an offensive mode" and a senior officer was attending.
