CLOSURE PLANS: Darlington Arts Centre
Tonight, Darlington Borough Council's cabinet will be debating its latest round of cuts, including the closure of the Arts Centre, Cockerton Library and East Row Toilets, withdrawing bus subsidies, increased Sunday parking charges, 155 redundancies, a three-year pay freeze and increasing council tax.
