This is the first Mortal Kombat game to be brought out on the modern consoles.This Mortal kombat is known as Mortal Kombat 9. This is a game of extreme violence, it involves a lot of head ripping, limb pulling and impaling to say the least. For an Arcade Game it is very advanced in terms of graphics and the moves that can be performed. It keeps some of the characteristics as the previous mortal kombats such as: babalities/fatalities, characters, the story-line and of course Shao Kahn. It has also brought in some extreme make-over to the actual game play. For example the new x-ray moves bring in extra firepower for the losing man as his super metre increases when he is injured. This is the reason that Mortal Kombat is a much better fighter for Noobs (Saibot) and for professionals as well, it is a very forgiving fighter game.
