SKY Sports football pundit Andy Gray has been sacked following sexist comments about assistant referee Sian Massey.

Sky have confirmed in a statement that it had terminated the 55-year-old's contract following comments made off-air about the female official.

Another tape has since emerged showing Mr Gray making a sexist comment to presenter Charlotte Jackson last month. He asked the presenter to help tuck his equipment into his trousers.

Sky had previously said that Gray, co-presenter Richard Keys and reporter Andy Burton were stood down from last night's match between Bolton and Chelsea for their part in the controversy.
