MICHAEL BENNETT is trying to find relatives of a soldier who served with his father.
Mr Bennett is researching his father's wartime service. His father was Lt Col Geoffrey Bennett, who was chief signals officer of Force 133 Signals, a unit based in Cairo, Egypt.
As part of his research he has found documents in the Imperial War Museums archives, which are the recollections of Leading Aircraftman G W Chapman, from Darlington.
