POLICE are looking for witnesses after a car was set alight in a Teesdale village.
A fire crew and an ambulance were called to Jubilee Court in Cockfield to deal with a fire in a silver Volkswagen Golf. No other property was damaged in the fire, which happened at about 10.50pm on Tuesday.
Police believe the fire was started by someone pouring petrol on the car's bonnet.
