A GP referral scheme is introducing a ten-week course to help people with back problems.
The activity sessions, run by Hartlepool Exercise for Life, involve various exercises within a circuit using stability balls and other equipment.
The course will be held at Eldon Grove Sports Centre, from noon to 1pm, starting on Tuesday, May 16. It costs £1.90 per week, £1.65 for Active Card holders or £1.30 concessions.
