Crutes Law Firm has appointed family law expert CHRISTINE BLOUNT.
Ms Blount, who joins from a County Durham practice, has been appointed as unit manager and will lead the firm's family department. She has experience in family cases, including children's welfare and divorce and separation.
Ms Blount will strengthen the department's relationships with advice networks, Government bodies and businesses.
Crutes has offices in Carlisle, Newcastle and Teesside and employs nearly 193 people, with 22 partners.
