LINGFIELD Warehousing has appointed SIMON GINSBERG as business development manager.
He will work with potential occupiers to attract more businesses to the warehouse developments at Lingfield Point business park, in Darlington.
Marchday, owner of Lingfield Point, is assembling a team to work on a ten-year plan for the development of the site, including the 600,000sq ft former Rothmans factory.
Mr Ginsberg studied marketing at Teesside University and has experience in corporate sales and marketing. He joins from Teesside Audi.
