BUSINESS leaders in the region are being invited to learn more about some of the UK's most successful companies.

Chief executives and senior managers are being invited to attend the Service Excellence Experience tour to find out how to build better relationships with customers.

The tour, run by Eaga Group, in Newcastle, will visit UK companies such as Yell Group, TNT and National Express.

The five-day event, in July, will teach delegates the skills to provide exceptional service standards to their customers.

Previous delegations include Greggs, Newcastle Airport, and Robert Muckle Solicitors.

Andrew Harrison, of the Service Excellence Experience, part of the Eaga group, said: "The aim of the tours is to inspire businesses to start a service revolution by providing them with an opportunity to experience the strategies of some of the most successful companies from the UK."

Service Excellence Experience also runs similar events in America. Its US experience will leave next month.
