LAURA Jones has been appointed as a co-ordinator at Patterson Motor Group's contact centre.
She joined the Newcastle motor retailer from a local hotel company, where she was a receptionist.
Originally from Gloucestershire, she moved to the North-East with her mother at the age of 11.
Her responsibilities including co-ordinating Internet sales, booking vehicle services and MOTs and dealing with maintenance queries.
Patterson established its dedicated contact centre in 2004. Laura's appointment takes the number of staff in the team to seven.
