THE waiting room of a village doctors' surgery will become less stressful thanks to the fundraising efforts of Brownies.
Fishburn Brownies raised almost £100 to buy a children's play cube to keep the youngest visitors amused while waiting for an appointment.
The group's Snowy Owl, Maureen Watret, said: "The girls put in a year of hard work, with raffles, a teddy bear's picnic and sponsored events to support the surgery, which was the good cause they supported last year.
"I'm proud of their efforts and hope it benefits users of the surgery."
