PEOPLE who work in Stockton as a coach or part of a club could be rewarded at an awards ceremony.
Stockton Borough Council is appealing for people to nominate clubs, coaches and volunteers for recognition at the town's 2006 Club and Coach Awards.
The awards take place on April 26, at Northfield School, at 7pm.
Trevor Massey, sports development officer for the council, said: "Many coaches and volunteers not only invest many hours of unpaid time to help others in sport, but also assist clubs with cash donations."

The deadline is Friday, March 31.
