HOUSE developer Dunelm (Castle Homes) Ltd is expected to be allowed to build 11 more homes on a former garage site in Toronto, near Bishop Auckland.
Its application to include more two-bedroomed houses on the land would mean building 67 properties instead of the 56 it already has planning permission for.
Officers are recommending that approval should be granted in a report to Wear Valley District Council's development control committee which meets at 6pm on Thursday.
