AN Alpha course is being launched later this month.
The course, run by the New Life Baptist Church, Northallerton, will be held at The County Arms, in Northallerton, from February 28.
Alpha courses are supported by all the main Christian denominations.
New Life Baptist Church Alpha co-ordinator Steve Cowie said: "The whole idea behind Alpha is that it is friendship-based - there's no knocking on doors, there's little advertising, but it's friends bringing friends to a relaxed, non-threatening, low-key, friendly and fun environment."
