ARCHITECTURAL firm Waring and Netts has extended its services with global retailer Aldi to provide 3-D modelling for its planned developments in the UK.
Waring and Netts, of Benton, Newcastle, is using the latest technology to provide 3-D images of proposed Aldi store extensions and developments.
Director Joe Gellert said: "We are making about of 18 to 20 planning applications for Aldi in the North of England as part of their fairly aggressive expansion programme."
Waring and Netts has worked with Aldi, which has more than 400 UK outlets, for 14 years and been responsible for designing and project managing the construction of Aldi stores in an area stretching from Nottingham to the Scottish Borders.
Until recently, the firm had provided hand-drawn artist's impressions for all Aldi's planning applications
