MARGARET Thatcher's former press secretary is to give a talk on castles.
Sir Bernard Ingham will talk to the Richmond Civic Society, at the Zetland Christian Community Centre, in Richmond, on Friday, at 7.30pm.
Sir Bernard will give a lecture about the castles of Yorkshire, which is the subject of a book he has recently had published.
The talk is the first of eight to be given on the second Friday of each month from now until May, and then from September until November.
Visitors are welcome.
