PLANS for an office and apartment development have been submitted.
Harrogate Borough Council has received a planning application for a building at 25 Bondgate Green, Ripon.
The proposal is to replace a workshop on the site with a three-storey building, with offices on the ground floor and five flats above.
Officers will recommend the application is deferred when councillors meet on Wednesday.
