THE winners of an annual competition to design Christmas cards and write festive verses have been presented with their prizes.
The competition is open to people who live in one of the county council's older person's homes or attend a day centre.
The card designs are reproduced and used as the corporate greetings card by the authority's social services department.
Five winners were each presented with a certificate and a gift voucher by Derek Law, director of social services and Councillor John Fort, executive member for community services.
