Sunderland University students Sarah Urban, Andy Mayo and Paul Elliot have won bronze at the BBC Radio 1 Student radio Awards.
The three work at the university's student radio station Utopia FM.
Sarah won her award in the news and talk category for a piece on rap music and gun crime, while Andy and Paul were recognised in the best comedy and drama category for their piece, Delusions of Grandeur
