A schoolgirl told a jury today she was not lying about her teacher stroking her bottom.
The 17-year-old pupil, who cannot be named, cried as she told Teesside Crown Court that drama teacher Joseph Kerr made lewd remarks towards her and touched her when she was 15.
She said: "I am not lying about this. He did touch me. He did, he did."
Mr Kerr, 43, of Abbey Road, Darlington, denies two counts of sexual activity with a child. The trial continues
