POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing east Cleveland man.
Ian Parkes, 44, also known as Timmy, of Child Street, Brotton, was seen walking his neighbour's dog at 9pm on November 10.
He returned the dog, but has not been seen since.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said they were only concerned about his welfare and do not want to speak to him about any other matter.
Mr Parkes, or anyone who knows his whereabouts, is asked to call PC Richy Bailey on (01642) 3043236.
