SHE may have penned a booked called Grumpy Old Women, but author Judith Holder will be charm personified at the opening of a new bookstore on Friday.
Judith, of Northumberland, will be signing copies of her best-selling books Grumpy Old Women and 'It's Not Grim Up North' at the new Borders store in Goodwood Square, Teesside Retail Park, in Stockton.
'It's Not Grim Up North' is a light-hearted and humorous look at what it is really like to live outside the M25, with celebrity support from noted Northerners including Alan Titchmarsh, Roy Hattersley, Jenny Eclair and Carol Smilie.
As part of Friday's event, the 100th person to go into the store will win Borders vouchers to the value of £100, presented by Judith. She will be at the shop between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
