BIG-hearted staff at a heating company clubbed together to help a worthwhile cause.
Employees of H Clarke and Sons, in Northallerton, took to the greens for a charity golf day at Romanby Golf Club, enjoying a few rounds of golf and helping the Friarage Hospital's Allen ward at the same time.
Thanks to their efforts, the ward, which cares for orthopaedic patients, received a £500 bonus which will be put towards vital orthopaedic medical equipment.
Ward sister Anne Beaty said: "Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun on the golf day to help the ward. Thanks to their thoughtfulness, future patients will benefit."
