ROB MOSES, from Sunderland, is the newest member of the management team at The Gate leisure complex in Newcastle, joining as operations manager. He was previously security manager at The Bridges shopping centre, in Sunderland, also owned by Land Securities. A former Army officer, Mr Moses, who served in Bosnia, Kenya and Northern Ireland, will oversee the security team, liaising with tenants and dealing with other operational issues.
