EVEN though he's not old enough to drive, teenager Mark Wilkes was thrilled to win a new car in a magazine competition.
The 16-year-old from Fishburn, east Cleveland, can't wait for his birthday later this month when he can drive the Seat Ibiza he won through Max Power.
Mark has started working as an apprentice bricklayer with Sedgefield Borough Council and will now have his own transport to travel to work.
He said: "It's the best thing that has ever happened to me. I was over the moon when I received the phone call."
He was presented with his prize at the Jennings Seat garage, in Middlesbrough, by franchise manager Dave Eland.
