COMMUNITY health and social care issues will be discussed at an event in Darlington this month.
Darlington Partnership is to stage the Your Health, Your Care, Your Say consultation at The Dolphin Centre on Thursday, October 27.
The partnership has arranged the event in conjunction with Darlington Primary Care Trust (PCT) and Darlington Borough Council.
The event is one of many being organised nationally through the Department of Health and aims to generate discussion about how community health and social care services could be improved to meet society's changing needs.
Steve Rose, partnership chief executive, said: "The consultation period runs to the end of this month and the outcomes will be used to inform the development of a White Paper to reform health and social care provided outside hospitals. This is an opportunity for you to put forward your views."
