THOUSANDS of people will come together today to share a cup of coffee and raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Relief.
The charity is holding its annual World's Biggest Coffee Morning to raise vital funds for cancer sufferers.
Events taking place today (unless otherwise stated) on Teesside include:
* Tollesby Hall Care Centre, Slip Inn Bank, Ladgate Lane, Middlesbrough, between 10am and 11.30am.
* All Saints' Church, Skelton, between 9.30am and noon.
* Marske Library is holding its event from 9am until 12.30pm.
* Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland MP Ashok Kumar will be visiting Boosbeck Community Centre for its coffee morning from 10am to 1pm.
* Teesside Audi on Mandale Road, Thornaby, is hosting a coffee morning from 9am onwards, together with a chance to win a new Audi A2.
