A FAMILY fun day is to be held for the launch of a range of services for children and their parents.
SureStart Stockton-on-Tees is holding the event at the SureStart Redhill Centre, Roseworth, Stockton, on Saturday, October 1, to celebrate the launch of services within the Redhill, Ragworth and Hardwick Children's Centre areas.
The event, which runs from 10am until 2pm, includes storytelling, with Tony Wilson, animal talks, from Bob Brown, performances by Hi-Flyers' cheerleaders, a karate display, a drama group performance, a balloon launch, children's cookery classes, a bouncy castle, a climbing wall and craft activities for children.
There will also be opportunities for parents to have nail art and Indian head massages.
