A MAN, who fell 70ft from the window of a block of flats remained in a critical condition in Sunderland Royal Hospital last night.
The 30-year-old was badly hurt when he plunged from the sixth- storey window of the 13-storey D'Arcy Court block, in Hendon Road, Sunderland, on Monday.
Northumbria Police had said they were keeping an open mind about what had happened. But yesterday a spokeswoman said there were no suspicious circumstances.
