THE latest exercise craze arrives at a Darlington leisure centre this week.
Spinning, a cycling exercise programme, will begin at the Dolphin Centre. It uses static bikes and involves a 30-minute course under the supervision of an instructor.
The first two spinning induction courses will start tomorrow, between 7.15pm and 8.15pm, and Wednesday between 6pm and 7pm.
Both courses last five weeks and are aimed at absolute beginners.
The courses will cover setting up the bikes, correct body positioning, warm-up and stretching exercises, cycling technique and safety features. Fifteen bikes are available for use during each course.
The first two courses can be booked at a promotional price of £10 for all five sessions, a saving of £2.50 on the normal price.
For details or to book call the Dolphin Centre on (01325) 388406.
