THE arrival of a famous warship in the North-East will also result in a family reunion.
HMS Invincible is due to sail into the River Tyne at Newcastle today.
On board will be John-Paul Holt, a 19-year-old chef, who only joined the ship last week.
He will discover that his first voyage will also lead to a reunion with his father Stephen, who is a member of The Tyne-Tees Regiment Band of the Territorial Army.
The band will perform the welcome ceremony.
